Request Form

Each child is granted one week of vacation at a 50% discounted tuition rate. Only one week of vacation time will be awarded per academic year, and the child must be absent from Teachable Moments Preschool for the entire week (5 consecutive days, starting Monday) in order to utilize the vacation rate. Vacation weeks cannot be carried over to another academic year.
